Did you know that you can get a discount just because you belong to a large group or association. Check to see if any association or group you belong to has such an arrangement. What if you don't have any such relationships? You can look at starting one. Insurers will be all too glad to give a group discount if your group can bring them much business.
Don't also forget that refusing to file petty claims will help you maintain a NO Claims Record. Why is this important? It is very important because it will entitle you to what's known as the NO Claims bonus.
Does this mean you should NOT file legitimate claims? No, it doesn't. I only recommend that you weigh your options to see which would save your interest better.
